Feeling lonely at home? No one wants to play with you? Looking for fun for a lifetime?
announces to all interesteds (couples as well as singles)
aged from 15 to 101 that every year it opens a preparatory
course for
SQUARE DANCE
So what is it all about?
Square dancing is a modern form of American country dances,
very popular in our country. The basic formation consists of four couples
standing on the sides of a square – hence the name square.
To dance square dance, you only need to know three things:
- How to walk
- Which side is left and which is right (we can teach you if needed)
- How to count to eight (we can teach that too)
When? Every Wednesday 7:00–9:30 PM
(we always start in the first week of October)
Where? SVČ Lužánky, Louka Centre,
Bzenecká 23, Brno-Vinohrady
(approx. 5 minutes from Pálavské náměstí stop)
